[Solved] Dota Admiral Torrent model

Anyone knows where to find the uprising water effect? I know it's a water effect from the fountain but I cannot use the fountain can I? And I suck with magos anyway. And it's not the naga building effect I'm after.

I think its a same fountain model but without fountain shape.
I think you have to look for open Dota project, there may be something.
