Is there somewhere water model? i want to place water higher than water level to create waterfall. Waterfall is in the doodadlist but there is no normal water to create river.

Search for the UTM 3.0 and you'll fine water planes there. You can export those models then import it in your map.

There is a technique that lets you change the height of normal water.

I think it was mentioned here. Not sure.
