Doodad Problem

Hello!

I want to raise my doodads into the air, i read thats its ctrl + the pg up or pg down key. However those buttons are the same as my arrow keys so all tht happens is i move the camera around so, what should i do?

Perhaps use the secondary symbols on your keys ? (Such will be the PGup and PGdown)?
Or maybe get a new keyboard ?

Secondary symbols, how do you use them? if its Alt gr or something ive already tried and as for a new keyboard, im on a laptop so ... unless its possible to plug in a different keyboard into my laptop, not sure .

Sometimes keys have secondary modifiers. Especially on laptops. Since they usually won't fit in everything of a regular keyboard, they usually have some secondary button such as "fn". You also see this method used in many calculators. =D

Anyway, the alternative is triggers, but that only works for destructibles. If you want it though, refer to this big block of text:

It was the fn + ctrl and then arrow keys,
