give you a wider viewing angle? For example If I have 3 moniters can I see more of the game then other people? I'm wondering If for FPS I could see more of whats around me. Thanks!

Yes if you use vision surround. In fact people in Diablo III have complained it gives you triple the horizontal view. In games designed for it you will certainly have the advantage over single display users.

Be warned that such systems are highly costly, even with non-3D displays. You will need top range hardware to take advantage of this.
