[General] Do I need unit groups for morphing?

the hero is set to unit variable, he can morph to more than 1 form that's why I made the morphing abilities permanent. the unit variable will not disappear right? Because I made triggers that re-set the variable after morph and I wonder will it work if I delete them(mean i dont need the trigger)?

Morphing via abilities doesn't change unit variables.

Yes, you don't need to reset your unit variable after using morph.
