DISBTN version of Icon

I need a DISBTN version of the icon above for a small project of mine, set to be done in the next few days. It's an icon that Blizzard made, but did not include in the final game, so it does not have a DISBTN version. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

In addition, if anyone could send me the model of the Crpyt Lord with the hero glow removed, I'd be very grateful.

There is a neat tool available for doing what you requested.
Button Manager Easily makes borders for icons.

It's a bit more complicated though to remove the hero glow. I'll edit this post if I do it.

Edit: Never mind, it turns out removing hero glow is pretty simple as well. I used War3 Model Editor for this and just followed the tutorial that came with it.
