DirectX 8.1

): whenever i play war3 i get an error that says Warcraft was unable to initialize DirectX. Ive been playing the game for like 3 years without problems...a few reinstalls here and there but all of a sudden this? and i checked and i definately have DirectX 9 or something like that, what do i do?

did you try reinstalling directx from the microsoft website?
