Can't run World Editor now

Hi! I'm having problems with the World Editor.

I've reinstalled my Windows and Warcraft 3 but when I run WE, it won't start and it says

Could not initialize graphics system.

Make sure you have DirectX 8.1 or newer installed and that your display drivers are current.

Try adjusting display settings to 16-bit or 32-bit color depth.

So I've tried some changes:

Drivers are actual now (with DirectX 11)
Color depth is okay too (32)
Tried every combination of compatibility modes
Tried reinstalling the game 3 times on different drives

Still..I can run the game nicely (even 3dsMax or Photoshop..), but WE just keeping pop this up everytime so no map making anymore it seems.

So guys, any ideas, tips or something are highly appreciated!

did you update the warcarft 3 version? to the latest version?

Yeah I did, first to 1.21b then to 1.26a.
Even the run as admin option have failed.

Thanks. However adater was set to zero by default (- at least something good ).
That W3Fixer solves just the game. Dunno if WE has some special registry or what..

Yes, game is running perfectly as before. Only WE keeps popping that error.

To verify that the World Editor is running, press CTRL+ALT+DEL and find worldedit.exe on the second tab's list.

No, it's not running. It just shows the error message.
That's the why I made this topic. Everything seems normal and working. However only WE just don't wanna work.
I really have no clue whats messing up there. :/
