How do I add hotkeys/shorcuts to buttons in dialog menus?

ex: In the F10 game menu, pressing 'E' will select the "End Game" button.

Those are options for the game, not the map. You can't change those. If you want to click dialog buttons in-game with only your keyboard, you'll just have to use the Up/Down arrow key and press Enter.
