Detecting Ressurection?

if resurection is just a cast no point, then have the units around the AoE of resurection be the detected units. If resurection is like some AoE spell cast like rocket clusters, then detect the units in the AoE of the target cast point.
Doesn't Ressurrection have a max. number of revived units? And even if it doesn't, that'll still detect units that were in that area but already alive.

I doubt you can do a direct check, but you could always trigger the ressurection.
Pick every dead ally around the caster, up to a certain number, create an alive copy, remove the corpse, play the effect, and have a unit cast an ability on them. To make it simpler, make the ability's cast effect the ressurection effect, thus killing two birds with one stone.
