yes you can create a few simple triggers in GUI but it isnt recommended as it creates an event for each and every unit on the map which can cause serious laggs but if you want it

First Trigger

Unit enters Entire Map

Action

Add unit to "group"

Pick every unit

add event picked unit takes damage

the second trigger

event none

action

"your actions"
