Desync in new 1.1i

does any1 else have desync when playing multiplayer in newest 1.1i(the very new hotfixed one)

I've set everything on high/on in video option and every time we start game i desync soon after ppl start loading heros (it didn't happen in first 1.1i ver)


So does any1 else notice this or it's just me? and is this fixable?

I've played over a dozen or so games, with a couple dozen different people, haven't seen a desync yet...but I don't know whether I'm just lucky or if you're unlucky.

Alright I have to repost on this, I don't know if Hawa is having the exact same issue as me, but this exactly what's happening to me concering this issue.

My Garena account name isn't the same name as I use on BNet with my save/load code, so on all of the other previous versions of Gaias, if I was logging on to Garena to play with some friends who didn't have legit copies of the WC3, all I would do is change my name on the LAN screen from my Garena name to my name that corresponds to my load code. HOWEVER, on v1.1i, I've tried doing this same thing last night to run D3, but this time when I changed my name and we started the game, instantly when I enter in my load code, I get DCed from the game. We also tried with me hosting the game, and it kicked everyone from my game and I was alone after I entered in my code.

So Zwieb what my question is, is there some kind of protection or something along those lines that would cause this problem to occur on this newest version of Gaias? I also can't create the Garena account that's the same as my BNet name because it's already taken by someone else.

It's same problem

I changed my nick from Papa.Dragon to Appa.Dragon, code works, but u have to make new garena account as there u cant change name.

Will reply if it works.

Oke, it happens only with Garena games so it's nothing about Gaias vesrion.

its very unlikely that your nick causes this problem, but hosting on garena might cause it because of different game versions.
Just to be sure, what is the name ur using on garena and bnet?

Well on BNet I use SAMCRO, and the account I logon with Garena is RescueMe, but in previous versions of Gaias, when you're on the LAN screen creating/joining a game, you could just change your nickname that defaults to your Garena account to something different and your save/load code would work.

I have not changed anything regarding name checks and stuff. This has to be a problem with Garena, not with Gaias.
