destructible invulnerability makes disappear!

At the start of a mission i got a simple trigger "pick destructible in region and do - Make destructible invulnerable"

But.....the rocks pof out! they're nowhere no more! And i got the mission over with half map! Why this thing?

Also, i'm noob with quests. I didn't find a function "deliver <certain type of item> = quest completed" How to??
