Desert Deathmatch (DD for short)

A Hero arena featuring desert environment, 6 heroes, and hack'n'slash style.

Heroes:

Knight
Description: Knights are capable of sustaining large amounts of damage, while trying to pay back.
Abilities:
High Morale: Knight gains XXX more damage for XXX seconds.
Blood and Honor: Sacarfices XXX% of knight's life for invulnerablity over XXX seconds.
Heavy Slash: Knight slashes his sword all around him, damaging all enemies for XXX damage.
Armsmaster: Knight does XXX% more damage on every attack when activated.

Sorcerer
Description: Sorcerers are masters of the arcane, capable of using spells to strike their enemies down from the range.
Abilities:
Firebolt: Shoots a firebolt in target direction, dealing XXX damage to unit struck by it.
Frostball: Shoots a frostball in target direction, dealing XXX damage to units struck by it, and slowing them for XXX seconds.
Freezing Skin: When freezing skin is activated, it will freeze anyone trying to strike sorcerer from meele for XXX% seconds, and slow them down by XXX%
Fire Nova: Shoots fragments of fire in all directions doing XXX damage.

Cleric
Description: Clerics are the followers of the church of the light, and strive to destroy the nonbelievers. Their relation with god gives them ability to heal themselves.
Abilities:
Heal Wounds: Heals wounds of a living friendly unit, healing XXX hit points.
Beam of Light: Calls down a light beam from the skies, damaging a group of cleric's opponents.
Divine Intervention: Heals all alied creatures in cleric's sight range for XXX hit points.
God's Wrath: Summons a holy angel from the skies, to combat those who oppose the light. Angel has XXX hit points and does XXX-XXX damage, deals XXX% more damage to undead creatures.

Ranger
Description: Rangers are professional shooters, and will try to damage their opponents as much as they can before they have to fight them melee.

Assasin
Description: Assasins will always try to strike their opponents from the shadows. Moving slowly and with caution, killing is their profession.
Shadow Walk: Slowly walks in shadows, being able to sneak behind his opponent's back, with a speed reduction of XXX%.
Poison Spray: Sprays poison at the target location, poisoning units for XXX damage and XXX damage over XXX seconds.
Swiftness: Incraeses assasin's speed by XXX% for XXX seconds.
Poisoned Dagger: Stabs an opponent with a poisoned dagger, dealing XXX poison damage and XXX damage per second for XXX seconds.

Lich
Description: Liches are the lords of darkness, skilled in arts of necromancy, and always ready to call reinforcements from another plane of existance.
Abilities:
Rise Skeleton: Rises a skeleton warrior to bid to his master's will. Skeletons have XXX hit points and do XXX-XXX damage.
Leech: Leeches the life essence from a living creature, draining XXX hit points over XXX seconds, and giving it to the lich.
Sharpmetal: Shoots hot shrapnell in the target direction, causing severe wounds that deal XXX damage and XXX damage over time.
Cheat Death: Liches are not capable of dying as long as their soul is not destroyed. Once the lich's body is destroyed, it will take the soul XXX seconds to find another embodyment. If it does not suceed, lich is dead.





Wherever you see empty spots (when it comes to heroes), give me your ideas. I am out of ideas of what to do with ranger's spells. Suggest improvements as well.

Just a note, the abilities High Morale and Armsmaster seem exactly the same, damage bonus when activated.

Perhaps instead High Morale could be after the Knight kills a unit, he gains an X% attack speed bonus for 10 seconds.



Another note, perhaps make the heroes more interesting than the generic warrior/mage/healer/rogue/darkmage/ranged. That variation is used in practically every game, in wc3 and out of it. Some unique heroes will do ya good.
