Delete an item

Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to remove an item from the hero's inventory and how to do it.

In trigger editor you create a new action:
Item -> Remove item -> Item carried by Hero in slot OR Item carried by Hero of type.

This will destroy the item, maybe you want it to drop?
