Water Mage in a need of passive ability.
Frost Archer in a need of passive ability.

No abilities with slowing effects please.

Tidal Essence, for Water Mage
The Water Mage draws inner strength from the heart of the Tidal Essence, permanently empowering his attack damage and mana pool. Whenever a spell is cast by him, there is a chance that a portion of spent mana will be regained.

Tsunami Rush, for Water Mage
Upon each spell cast, the Water Mage gains catalytic effects that empower his attack damage for a short duration, which stacks with itself and refreshes duration with each cast. If this reaches three stacks, next spell cast will return the mana spent.

Icicle Shot, for Frost Archer
Every five attacks will deal magical damage equal to the Frost Archer's agility, and reduce enemy's magical resistance for a short duration.

Water of Life: Increases friendly health and mana regeneration.

Water Walk: Gain Amphibious movement type.

Gift of Aquarius: % chance to create a water elemental on attacking.

Snowblind: % chance to make an enemy go blind on attacking.

Icy Roads: % chance to knockback all enemies in a small radius around the hero.
