Dead Past Living, you choose your side: fight for humanity as an Operative defending the last hope for a cure, or embrace the plague as the Infected, spreading terror and hunting the only person who can stop it.

Choose from five unique Operative classes: Assault, Recon, Medic, Sniper, and Specialist
—each with their own abilities and specialties of their own.

Scavenge for supplies as ammo runs dry. Hold your ground as the infected evolve into terrifying special types, each deadlier than the last.
Survive long enough, and you might just turn the tide. Fail... and the dead will inherit the past—and the living.

  • As an Operative, you and your allies must protect a scientist working to develop a cure against relentless waves of undead. Scavenge for supplies, coordinate your team, and endure the evolving horrors that hunt you.
  • As the Infected, you control the plague itself—commanding swarms of common undead, summoning Special Infected, and evolving into stronger monstrosities as the battle rages on. Your sole mission: kill the scientist before the cure is complete.

Resource Management
Survival isn’t just about killing the undead—it’s about making every bullet, medical supplies, and other consumables count. Poor planning can doom even the most skilled team.

Randomized Experience
High RNG factor—every match feels fresh due to unpredictable infected behavior, random supply drop locations, and evolving threats. No two games are the same.

Immersive Tension
Every second is a test of nerve. The constant threat of evolving infected, dwindling resources, and sudden ambushes forces players to make split-second decisions. You’re never just playing the game—you’re in it, feeling the weight of survival with every move.

Perks & Mutations
Gain the edge through specialized upgrades—
OPERATIVE
  • Unlock and improve perks to improve survivability, boost combat efficiency, boost healing and support capabilities, and gain vital advantages for you and your team.
INFECTED
  • Evolve through mutations that grant devastating new abilities, greater resilience, and tactical advantages, turning the tide of battle against the living.

Endgame Missions, Achievements and Incentives

Players who complete the game—either as an Operative or Infected— has a chance to unlock access a variety of Hidden Missions, special scenarios designed to push skills to the limit.

Note: Completing these challenges/hidden missions reveals hidden codes that grant access to rare cosmetics, secret game modes, or subtle gameplay variations not found in the main campaign.
