Darkspore Beta

Darkspore uses EA accounts, so if you have played a EA game before, you will not have to create account.
Download the game and patch, then enjoy playing.

From what I saw from the website, it looks like a Sporecraft. ( Mix of Spore's gameplay, and Starcrafts graphics )
I will soon give a better review of the game, as I'll get it installed.

Here's my short review (so far).

+Lots of aliens to unlock and play with.
+Solid story, a darker and more scientific look at Spore.
+Nice editing options.

-Repetitive and derivative Action-RPG gameplay.
-Mediocre graphics and environments.
-It's actually more fun to play alone because you get all the gear, which would otherwise probably go to other players.
-Blood looks like ketchup.

Score: 6.0

On a side not, Darkspore needs a computer made in 2008-2011, because the older computers will be laggy to play this game. ( Unless user customized )
The bottom-year computers ( 2008-2009 ) computers will most likely still endure lag.

But to the gameplay;
You play as a Spore Like creature, which has several attack abilities, either ranged or melee. Some are more support, ofcourse, and some get minions beside them.
You will have a -deck- of heroes, which you can make your own and use in game as you would like. -card- changing is quite fast, it only takes a few seconds. ( Or even below a second )

Rating for the game: 4/10

Plus note: This is not a card game, even though I mentioned -deck- and -card-
