Custom tile textures couldn't load

This might be a basic question, but how do I load the custom blp tile files?

So I download a custom file set from this old blessing thread: Custom Tilesets Pack (Type-C)

and tried to load the 004a.BLP into the default Dalaran Grass tile, but it didn't work, even when I restarted the World Editor a few times too.

It looks like all of those tilesets only has two variants.

There is two types of tilesets, tilesets with two variants, aka the square ones, and those with 18, aka the oblong ones.

A square tileset must replace a square tileset, and a oblong tilset must replace an oblong tilset.

Dalaran grass has 18 variants, aka it is oblong, the ones in that pack is all square. So they cannot replace dalaran grass.

So I tried to switch to the barren pebbles and rough dirt instead, which I think they have two variants, and still didn't work?

If possible, can you send me an empty world map with the tiles being correctly pathed and working properly?

Yea, I restarted and checked the paths, which I assume they are correct, and still didn't work.

Do you mind if I can send you over that .w3x file and see it?

So yeah, I just saved the map as a Scenario Expansion folder and then replace the texture file accordingly in the folder files?

I downloaded the 004a.BLP from this thread (the link above) and then tried to replace the default Barren Pebbles
TerrainArt\Barrens\Barrens_Pebbles.blp

Reloaded it in the World Editor again and still didn't work.

So yeah, can you make me a new fresh empty world, with any loaded custom tile texture, send it to me here, and then I can try to figure it out?

Oh yeah, so the tiles aren't supposed to be shown in Worleditor? but only in game? Got it fixed now. Thanks for all the help.
