custom tile- outer space

having a mac, i dont possess any good tile ripping and editing programs. can someone make a custom outer space themed tile? abyss tile just doesnt look right with my map titled Epic Galaxy Wars. if so, be sure to include the file path of the abyss tile so i can override it.

u can just use paint, open the skin, make it all black and create some little yellow circles
