[Import] custom sound is not working

i have some custom sound that i have download, and i have try "replace internal sound" in the Sound editor and the sounds do not play in game, may i know why and anyway to fix it?

- Make sure the sound is in .wav format.
- Make sure the sound has 16 bits resolution.
- Make sure the audio channel is "Mono"
