Custom Slow Spell + old models

Looking for someone to make a custom slow spell that reduces movement, attacking and spell cast speeds. Why spell cast reduction you say? Why because a slow spell should reduce the time it takes to cast spells!

And the orc and elf model used in the Dark Lineage maps... since wc3sear.ch is out of commision the models cannot be found so if someone has them, message me via aim, pm me, whichever. Those models would be nice for my cinematic,
