Custom Races?

I notice on some maps, that they have custom races. Like one, for example, had Queens, and Kings, instead of Undead, and Night Elf. How does he make this happen?

Change it in Game Interview.

Advanced --> Game Interview


Somewhere should be Undead, and Night Elf.
