Custom Pics

Hello People,

I have been making some games for a while now, and do not know what program or programs i would need to make a custom pic, and directions on how to import said pic after i create it, into a game.

So i felt i could come here and ask if anyone would like to help. It would be greatly appreciated.

here is how i take pictures.

1. make sure what you have on your screen is what you want in your picture.

2. Hit Print Screen.

3. Open Paint. Then push ctrl + v (paste)

4. Save it and upload it to your favorite image hosting site. You dont need to buy or dl any programs.

He wants the picture to be imported in his map... as a loading screen or something? Either way, I don't know what he wants...

P.s. I don't know about you, but when I take a screenshot in WE or the game they're automatically created in ".../Warcraft3/Screenshots"..
