Here are a buncha simple custom games you may have missed, that are pretty fun if you can get 3-5 friends to play wc3 with you.
Type: Mini-games, puzzle, maze, escape
Description: Basically you play through a bunch mini-games, puzzles and mazes in a linear order with the sole purpose to move forward through a well decorated temple. It's made by the same guy that made Pain's Party, so you know the mini-games will be fun. If you are playing it on LAN or only with friends, i suggest you use the warcraft III save feature, because there is some trial and error. The game lasts 45 to one hour.

Type: Hero Defense + Mini-Games
Description: At first glance, it follows your basic hero defense format, basically protect a building form 4 lanes. But you will soon find out that it's far more teamwork prone than regular hero defenses. The waves are incredibly difficult to fight off, so you will usually need to kite the waves and fight in chokes. Plus it's shared gold and exp, so no one get's incredibly strong, while other players are left underfed. It has tons of recepies with clear indications of where you can find the components and to finish it off, it has mini-games every once in a while in case you get tierd of the usual hero defense formula. Although it must be said, that the minigames are usually very easy and a little buggy. The game lasts around 40 minutes.

Type: Maze (Ground+Ice)
Description: This is pretty much the culmination of what was once competitive mazing. Despite the main players of the euro-NA mazing community having moved on, you can always come back to this game to be reminded of what once was. This game takes influence from most of the big competitive mazes and combines them into one map. It has everything you could want in a maze. I think the only major mazes that doesn't have any influence in this game is the Ice Escape series. Make sure you give this a go, but remember it is incredibly difficult, as it was made for "pro mazers". This game lasts around 15 mins.

Type: Maze/Mini-Game
Description: A completely unique game with a never before seen mechanic in mazes, yet super simple to understand and play. Basically, your goal is to reach the end of the maze, while stepping on all the tiles and only on each tile once. This game is super fun and addicting! Unfortunately it is extremely short and the heroes have over powered abilities that can make the game too easy, but you absolutely need to play through it once! This game lasts around 20 minutes.

Type: Tower Defense + Minigames
Description: Probably one of the more popular maps on this list, Ryoko TD is a tower defense with minigames. Some towers and creeps have unique abilities that I haven't really seen in other TDs. The minigames are fun and really competitive. Additionally there are some secrets in the minigames. This is one of the most solid and effective maps i have ever played. This game usually lasts around 45 minutes.

Type: Hero Defense
Description: An all around solid hero defense. It has some totally unique heroes and some very interesting events to spice up the waves every once in a while. There are no recepies, which can be a breath a fresh air, if you are tierd of browsing through shops looking "Long Sword" (Seriously, there is like a "Long Sword" in every game that has recepies). Unfortunately the game may have been overly ambitious and as a result, it is not finished and probably never will be. Though i doubt you will easily make it to the end of the game. This game lasts over an hour.

This game is extremely similar to Pyramid Escape, but i find the minigames in this map to be more polished and unique. Give it a try if you wanna play a 15 minute game.
