Does anyone make custom FaceFX voice talk animations for their Custom Campaigns? How could someone make a Custom FaceFX file for Custom Sound Voice lines?

Example: I have a Custom Voice Sound of 8 seconds. How could someone make a FaceFX lip sync for that?

Thanks for answering. Ye but he only shows how to use FaceFX that was already made for preexisting Dialogs for Campaign. The question is about Custom FaceFX for Custom Sound. So if I make a Sound Dialog "Hello Warchief we have delivered the Crystals to King". How to make custom FaceFX movement of lips to Mimic that sentence?
