As you all can see from 'Chronicles of the Second War: Tides of Darkness' that custom FX - Lip Sync is possible. You can see in Cinematics how they move their Lips with the Sound Voice Line that is going on.

How does one make custom Lip Sync - FX for Models for Custom Voice lines I make?
