Css looks so fucked

I am using Opera, the latest version of it and the css, icons, all shit looks so fucked.
Why is this even happening?
Who else is having this problem?

Use Internet Explorer. Even that piece of "crap" seems to run most of this site perfectly. As for your opera problem, try cleaning browser cache and things like ccs are enabled.

IE works fine, but I recently learned how unreliable it is when my Garena opened it because it still had it registered as the default browser.
That thing took 30 seconds to close :O

Firefox closes instantly and takes little to no time to start up (sometimes a fraction of a second, and other times a whole 2-3 seconds)

The CSS has not been changed in years. But I agree, vBulletin is not high quality.

Vbulletin 3x* is no longer updated and yes, it is most likely out of date and a little glitchy with some more modern and less back-compatible browsers. I however, have absolutely no problem with Opera's marking up of the site... It looks absolutely fine? So it's probably just something your end.
