I don't know why did this get unnoticed by me, but it's great. I loved the statues and the color pallet. Great job, really.

As for the possible improvements.. Well, maybe the lower part wrap and possible undead birth and death event objects just for the sake of it?

I kind of got tripped up reading that and don't know exactly what you mean.

It was a list of possible impovements. I was speaking about the part of wrap i highlighted in the picture.

As for the event objects - Undead buildings have their birth and death animations as a shared model played ingame via event objects. I suggested adding semi-blank animations "death" and "birth" with event objects so that this model can be used as undead building. For the sake of utility.

Good model. As undead building I like more than the original crypt. Better stick with animations 'birth', 'work', 'death', 'decay', 'portrait', besides adding team color. But it is so cool.
