Critical error

Okay so this happened BEFORE the 1.24 patch so it has nothing to do with patching but a few days ago i put a Game Cache into my map, i was just screwing around with it because i didn't know what i was doing with it.

Now for some reason my map says

Trigger function does not exist in database: InitGameCache

then it says

This application has encountered a critical error:

Not enough storage is available to process this command.

Program: D:\Warcraft III\worldedit121.exe
Object: .PAVCWETriggerFunction@@

The map is TestMap28 If I go back prior to Test27 the map works just fine. It is not due to insufficient memory.

How do I delete the cache without opening WE? because i can't open WE due to the error.
