This post can serve as a guide (you need the "CriticalStrike text tag data"). Note that this will remove the crit text for all critical strikes in the entire map.
Alternatively, you can trigger the system (it's actually quite easy to do, and it also solves the problem of the messed up crit chances - General Post / List of actual crit chances).
