Creating portrets and animating textures

Can you help me pls about the portrets.I know that I must change the camera view on the head of the model and use different animation on it but how?

I know how to make animation whit milkshape 3d mut how I can use the proper animation for the proper moment.For example when unit dies how I can assign my death animation.

Also I have queston about animation textures. When Demon Hunter change itself into a demon he use some kind of transforming animation.I open the Demon Hunter whit war3 model edior and found that this process is formation of other models.I mean the model of the Demon Hunter was combinet whit the black ball(that's I call the [process) so they was in one.How I can create this kind of animations?
