[Crash] Crash when I try to add an upgrade

Greeting everyone,
I'm editing quite a huge map that some of you may know (Dark Ages of Warcraft Reborn) and recently a new issue appeared with the editor : whenever I try to add an upgrade to a building (in order to be able to research it), the World Editor crashes and thus i'm stuck with that issue.

I have no idea of what may be the issue since last version I added 2 custom upgrades and it worked just fine (I was able to add them to that building..)

Is there a way to add research to a building without using the GUI ? A JASS command maybe ?

Does it happen with standard upgrades, custom ones, or both?

Whenever I try to add an upgrade it crashes, I don't even get to see/choose the upgrades..

Wow. Does it also happen if you try to edit original buildings e.g. human blacksmith?

Ye I was actually trying to edit Tauren''s Totem available upgrades, it seems it's not linked to custom units/buildings :/
