When I start a map with a bot play it comes up with a Script errors can I fix this at all?

Yes, you simply correct your triggers so no script errors occur.
For better help you need to be more clear what errors, what the map is doing, and why are there bots etc.

The bots only harvest supplys they dont build or do anything else...

It has normal melee triggers (I was maken a melee map) and no its just completely flat.

nothing altered and the terrain is grass and its completely flat.

Can you post the error you are receiving? We can atleast know what the code is doing to cause the error then.
Also do not forget to patch as patch 15 was released recently and they normally have hidden bug fixes.
