Could we get some ressources for the update-server in Germany ?

The agent is near idle. Though it got some max. spikes, average dowload is 30 to 70 kB/s.

Yesterday, for example, it took 10min from 97 to 98%!

I assume it's some kind of pvp-networking involved,
actually I don't care, but the upload (which means my download
has to be increased somehow.

Aaand I had the same issue with 1.27.x to 1.28.x, took forever.

Been stuck @ 99% for idk 10 hours, so I thought that won't work anyway.

I deleted EVERYTHING related to WC3TFT I could find
maps/mods on different partitions, inside the registry of Windows, firewallrules, etc.

When I was sure the system is quite clear, I started the installation-process overnight.
Guess what the next morning the updater had finished.
