Cooldown flash?

Yo, wassup, dogs!
I wanna ask if there is a way to make a spell icon flash when the cooldown ends. I have seen this trick somewhere but i don't know where. Can someone give me advice?

How about removing the ability and restoring it after a second? How would your flash look like?

Am, you know this green stroke thingy around the icon of a spell when you cast it? Someone here on the hive made it flash like this. With the green stroke, i can't actually explain, it looked awesome.

P.S. : I don't think i was drunk when viewing the unknown map..

As Dr Super Good said, it's an imported Custom Model that replaces the cooldown model in the Gameplay interface. I Think -Kobas- found the way to make it. There's the thread here in hive, somehwere

Yep I think hammerfist132 xD created custom cooldown. Problemm is if I try to create it I should start allmost from begining because of the animated textures(hard to explain if u are not deep in modeling) and that textures for cooldown have long ''scripts''.So if i will do it then it will not be in this month because I am bzy with contest, orpg, school private life etc.
