Converting Jpeg

Ok i just started skining and i need some help.
Iam using The Gimp to create and reskin but the pics saves as BMP or Jpeg's
and i havnt found any extractor to convert them to BLP.please someone help?

BAD.

You should be editing the skins/textures in TGA format so teamcolour and such can be saved, use wc3viewer found in the tools section to convert the images.

1. I cannot save them as TGA
2. When i try to use that tool it just crashes
