convert JPEG to blp or mdl/mdx to blp

I want to make textueres by myself. I have made one in corel saved it as JPEG when I open it with War3 Model Editor I can save it only as .mdl or .mdx

I really want to make at least few textures myself can I do it with this 2 programs:
Corel PHOTO PAINT 9
and
War3 Model Editor

please help me..

Use wc3Viewer. It can convert JPG's to BLP's

Just so you know, .mdl and .mdx for are for models. (usually people use .mdl to open and edit stuff via notepad or any other typing tools)

.BLP is the Blizzard Picture file, but the importer also supports .TarGa.

I downloaded Wc3 Viewer but it doesn't open. Is it compatible with Windows 10?

I use Windows 10, and Wc3 Viewer works just fine. What error are you getting?
