Convert War3 models to other formats

Are there any ways to convert War3 models to other formats with its existing animations?

At first sight, I would say probably not easily nor automatically atm. But I may be wrong.

Still no suitable plugin for Noesis as of May 2016

Art Tools and NeoDex support animations. From there you can change formats like any other 3ds Max model.
