Indirectly. Firstly, if you have this Milkshape exporter, when you click export Warcraft III.... you will see save as .mdx but you can also select .mdl. Other options are with Magos Editor http://www.hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/tools/429/ to open .mdx and save as .mdl also there is an .mdx -> .mdl converter.
