MDX to MSD3

Some models are made with milkshape. I have no idea how some people edit blizzard mpq models with milkshape. I can create model in msd3 and convert it to mdx, but I do not know how to convert mdx mpq model into ms3d. To open a model into milkshape the warcraft model needs to be imported. Is there a dll or converter that can show warcraft import. Warcraft 3 model editor accepts the ms3d format, but can not save as ms3d.
