Hi. My friend sended me an .ms3d file and dont said how to convert it in .mdl/.mdx... and now he have internet problems. Can some1 say me how can i convert an .ms3d file to .mdl/mdx without Milkshape 3D?

Just get Milkshape and do it that way, it's free to try.

With Warcraft Model Editor you can import the .ms3d
Download Warcraft 3 Model Editor here: https://www.hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/tools/4/
Open the editor
click File > Import
and select the .ms3d
Getting Milkshape is the best way though.
