Convert from .max format to formats that can be use in wc3

1)Anyone know how to convert .max file to .mdx file?

2)Anyone know what program is used to make a mdx to have 2 texture path ?

Eg . Auron.blp
Auron01.blp

window -> texture manager -> import -> auron1.blp
window -> material manager -> new -> material layer -> new -> auron1.blp, blend or addative alpha
window -> geoset manager -> material id -> the material with the auron1.blp
