Connect Skill do Upgrade

There are a way that allow me to do the following process? "Hero A, has the Skill example. If the Hero A, level up the Skill example, the Upgrade X is applied to him. Each level of the Skill is connected with a level of the Upgrade, so:
if He levels the Skill to 2: apply the level 2 upgrade to him
if He levels the Skill to 3: Apply the level 3 of the upgrade to him..."

  • Integer Comparison : (Level Of (your ability) Equal to 'Your number)
• Actions
  • Player - Set the maximum research level of (Owner of (Triggering Unit) to (Level of Ability (your Ability))

^Nah. Replace the integer comparison with learned hero skill comparison. He wants it multi-level(performs better even if he doesn't).
