Computer problem

Hey guys,whenever i right click on an image on the internet,
You get that list that says "Show picture,copy,ect."
But mine doesn't work.
It wont even highlight the list when i put the mouse over it
Can someone help?

Is firefox installed or IE?
If it's IE, change to firefox
