compile custom map without map editor ui

is there a form to compile a custom map without using the map editor. using only the code and compile directly using your own ui for generate the map with custom options?. someone can clarify this please?

yes something like that but its possible make for 1.24e version?. i would like make for that version because is a old version compatible with old computers.
