[Import] CommandFunc.txt file location help

Im using the latest version of Wc3 and i noticed theres no mpq files to open anymore so im wondering what program should i get to open the files and get the txt file so i can change button position or hide them, keep in mind im returning from a few years of wc3 editing so im a bit lost . Thanks

One uses cascview for modern warcraft 3 Casc Storages - Main page .
Inside the tool open the warcraft 3 folder, then war3.w3mod contains all the game files (kinda it contains all mpqs).
