Command card

I remove my unit's command card, I believe that's what it's called? Like the attack, stop, etc buttons.

I don't remember how I did it, but I need to bring it back lol. How can I do that? Currently the unit has a blank command card. Or at least I need to add an ability to that unit, and currently nothing can be seen.

I never altered that before.

Do you think it's one of these settings? I think I recall altering some sort of property to get this effect. It's been so long since I did it.
