Hiding Command Cards {reduce UI buttons}

How do you hide a unit's command card (hide its abilities and attack, stop etc. icons)? I saw this done in Gaias Retaliation ORPG (in the Ranger's pets).

Ward Classification usually does that

The one i think do able is:
Hiding hold postion and move command = gives 2 more slot
And the attack button = give 1 more slot
so total is: 3 free slot
Which means: 9 empty slot
