Collision Maximum radius reforged

There is a
Collision Maximum radius
in the gameplay constants.

But...
As far as i remember unit collision radius is really limited. And i think it is limited to 64. Is it?
Or am i wrong?.. Do you remember if i can have collision radius for a superbear ground unit to be more than 64?.. And if so can it be more than 200?
 
I'm unsure if anything has changed between 1.31 and 1.36, but in 1.31 increasing the collision radius has an effect for where attack-range is calculated (outer-edge of unit 1's collision radius to outer-edge of unit 2's collision radius) and how it's hit by many of the AoE-spells, but not for terrain or unit-collisions
